Lucknow: Following the clear and strict instructions of Deputy Chief Minister Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya, the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Uttar Pradesh Rural Roads Development Agency (UPRRDA), Shri Ankur Kaushik, known for his proactive approach, is continuously monitoring rural road projects across the state.  Previously the CDO of Sultanpur, he is reportedly working to accelerate the PMGSY (Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana) road scheme, aiming to impress Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Deputy Chief Minister Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya has given clear instructions that rural roads should not be limited to just construction, but their strength, durability, and long-term utility must be ensured.  Accordingly, special attention is being paid to the quality of construction materials, adherence to technical standards, and transparency in the work. Public participation: The Deputy Chief Minister has instructed officials to ensure that complaints received from the public regarding rural roads are resolved within 48 hours. The Rural Roads Development Agency is also ensuring that the general public does not face any inconvenience in commuting and that the benefits of road construction reach the rural population directly.  In line with the state government's vision, these efforts are continuously underway to realize the goal of “Developed Villages – Developed State.”
