In compliance with the orders of Deputy Chief Minister Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya, UPSRLM has decided to conduct a two-day special training program on financial literacy for employees in rural areas who have completed one year of service.
The Deputy Chief Minister stated that financial training for employees is essential to fulfill the vision of a strong Uttar Pradesh, as envisioned by the Honorable Prime Minister. In this regard, training programs will be conducted periodically according to the roster prepared by UPSRLM.
The department informed that to promote banking services and financial awareness in rural areas, a two-day refresher and orientation training program will be conducted for 1650 Financial Literacy Community Resource Persons (FLCRPs) at the Rural Self Employment Training Institutes (RSETI) centers in the respective districts.
This training will not only improve the skills of the personnel but will also significantly improve Uttar Pradesh's ranking in the field of financial literacy.
