Deputy Chief Minister Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya said that a historic decision has been taken in the education sector: Cashless medical facilities have been approved for lakhs of teachers and employees working under the Secondary and Basic Education Departments. This includes teachers of aided schools, Shiksha Mitras, instructors, wardens and cooks of Kasturba Gandhi schools, and their dependent families.

He said that the double-engine government is progressing day by day on the path of development in every sector.

Under the Amrit-2.0 scheme, sewerage projects have been approved for two major cities, Gorakhpur and Varanasi.

Uttar Pradesh Urban Redevelopment Policy-2026: This policy will be implemented for the physical and economic improvement of dilapidated and underutilized areas of cities, which will boost real estate and employment. PM Mitra Textile Park (Lucknow-Hardoi): Approval has been given for industrial water supply in the park, and important decisions have been taken, such as the establishment of a science park and planetarium in Moradabad.

Through social rehabilitation and disaster relief, 136 families of Bharathapur village in Bahraich and other affected villages will be allocated land in safe locations and provided with housing and basic amenities (roads, electricity, water).  Land allocation and lease arrangements have been made under the rehabilitation schemes in Meerut and Kanpur Dehat, and other public welfare decisions have also been taken.
