Lucknow: Addressing the 13th 'Workers' Pledge Day' program of the Nishad Party, it was stated that under the leadership of Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the government is working with full commitment for the upliftment of the poor, deprived, backward, and exploited sections of society. The central focus of this government's policies is "Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, and Sabka Prayas" (Together with all, development for all, trust of all, and efforts of all).

The Nishadraj Navik Accident Insurance Scheme for fishermen, financial assistance to promote fisheries, expansion of education, health, and employment opportunities, and skill development schemes to make the youth self-reliant.
