Today, Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya participated in the Gram Chaupal program held in Khajuri village of Ambedkar Nagar district.

Deputy Minister's address from the stage:
- The Prime Minister has provided pucca houses to 4 crore poor people, and 3 crore more are on the way.

- The Prime Minister has set a target of making 6 crore Didis Lakhpati Didis.

- The target of making 3 crore Lakhpati Didis in the state will be achieved.

- The state will also play a leading role in making Didis Lakhpati.

- Officials should direct the purchase of necessary materials through the Didis in the group.

- Old age pension was previously ₹300; the double-engine government will now increase it to ₹1,500 from April 1st.

- The government is providing a large number of subsidies under the PM Suryaghar Yojana.

- Developed India, Developed Uttar Pradesh, Developed Ambedkar Nagar means making the poor rich. - Calling upon the youth to consider themselves job creators, not job seekers.

On this occasion, he visited development exhibitions organized by various villages and reviewed the progress of government-run public welfare schemes.

The Deputy Chief Minister directed officials to ensure that benefits of village-level schemes reach eligible individuals in a timely and uninterrupted manner. He stated that the Gram Chaupal program is an effective medium for establishing direct communication between the government and the public, ensuring prompt resolution of problems.

Self-Help Groups (SHGs): Review of the goals of empowering rural women and the 'Lakhpati Didi' scheme.

Employment and Infrastructure: Ensuring the quality and timeliness of ongoing works under the G-Ram-G scheme.

Housing Scheme: Ensuring timely benefits to eligible beneficiaries under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural).

Opposition: Strict instructions may be issued under the zero-tolerance policy for any laxity or corruption in development works.

Deputy Chief Minister's Message: Development of villages is the foundation of the state's development. The priority of the government is that the benefits of the schemes reach the last eligible person in an unregulated manner.
