Deputy Chief Minister Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya organized a "Janata Darshan" at his official residence today before attending the Assembly proceedings. During this, a large number of people from various districts of the state presented their problems and grievances to the Deputy Chief Minister.

Highlights of the release: Instructions for quick resolution: The Deputy Chief Minister directed the officials present on the spot and the District Magistrates/Superintendents of Police of the concerned districts over the phone to resolve public grievances in a quality and timely manner.

Emphasis on sensitivity: Shri Maurya said that the government is at the doorstep of the people and injustice will not be allowed to any poor or helpless person. He sternly told the officials that negligence in resolving complaints will not be tolerated.

Development priority: He reiterated that resolving public grievances is the top priority of the state government and the objective of "Janata Darshan" is to bridge the gap between the government and the public.

After the "Janata Darshan," the Deputy Chief Minister left for the Assembly proceedings. Departmental officers and dignitaries were present on this occasion.
