Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya held a review meeting of development works at the Azamgarh Collectorate and issued instructions to expedite them
Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya today held an important review meeting with district-level officers at the Collectorate auditorium during his visit to Azamgarh district. He obtained detailed information on the progress of various ongoing development projects and public welfare schemes in the district. During the review meeting, the Deputy Chief Minister adopted a firm stance and instructed the officers that there would be no compromise on the quality and timely completion of development works. If any complaint of negligence, financial irregularity, or delay in work is received against the contractor or the concerned officer in any development project, strict punitive action will be ensured against those responsible. He instructed the officers that the benefits of government schemes should reach the last person in line without any hindrance.
Present on this occasion were BJP Regional President Shri Sahjanand Rai, BJP District Presidents Shri Dhruv Kumar Singh and Shri Vinod Rajbhar, BJP Uttar Pradesh State Vice President Smt. Neelam Sonkar, other elected representatives, and respected BJP party officials, the District Magistrate, Superintendent of Police, and other senior administrative officers.
