Keshav Prasad Maurya gave instructions to the officials, suggestions of the members should be in public interest, prompt action should be ensured
Under the chairmanship of Leader of the House, Legislative Council, Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya, a meeting of the MLA Fund Scheme Guidelines Committee was convened today, taking an important decision towards making the participation of public representatives more effective and transparent. The objective of this committee is to resolve practical problems in the implementation of works related to the Regional Development Fund (MLA Fund), simplify procedures, and ensure the quality and speed of development works.
The instructions given by Leader of the House, Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya, at the meeting are as follows:
• Examination of proposals: All proposals submitted by the committee should be thoroughly examined immediately and action should be taken as per the rules.
• Expeditious disposal: Pending cases should be resolved promptly and resolved as soon as possible. He stressed that files should not be kept pending unnecessarily.
• Zero Error: Special care should be taken to ensure no errors in proceedings and resolution of proposals. Accuracy and transparency are the government's priorities.
• Issuing Government Orders: Government Orders (GOs) should be issued with immediate effect on all matters pending at the government level.
• Cabinet-level matters: Further action should be ensured on matters at the cabinet level by completing the procedures as per the rules with full preparation.
