Union Home and Cooperation Minister Shri Amit Shah will arrive in Lucknow and will be welcomed by Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya, who will also accompany him throughout his program. Union Home and Cooperation Minister Shri Amit Shah is arriving in Lucknow. He will be the chief guest at the 'Uttar Pradesh Day' (January 24) celebrations organized on the occasion of Uttar Pradesh's Foundation Day.
At Amausi Airport in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya, along with senior ministers and officials, will accord a grand welcome to the Home Minister. On this occasion, a glimpse of the state's cultural heritage and a confluence of 'women's empowerment' and the resolve for a 'developed Uttar Pradesh' will be witnessed.
Main attractions of the program:
Address at Rashtra Prerna Sthal: Home Minister Amit Shah will address the state-level main ceremony organized at 'Rashtra Prerna Sthal' in Lucknow.
Launch of 'One District-One Cuisine' (ODOC): Following the successful ODOP model, the Home Minister will launch the 'One District One Cuisine' scheme to give global recognition to the traditional cuisines of every district of Uttar Pradesh.
Sardar Patel Industrial Area Scheme: This new scheme will also be launched to strengthen the state's industrial infrastructure.
Award Ceremony: The Home Minister will present the 'Uttar Pradesh Gaurav Samman 2025-26' and will award the districts that have performed exceptionally well under the CM YUVA (Chief Minister Youth Entrepreneurship Development Campaign) scheme.
Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya will share the stage with the Home Minister during the program. Shri Maurya said that the Home Minister's guidance will give further impetus to Uttar Pradesh's resolve towards a 'developed India'. Uttar Pradesh Day is not just a celebration, but a symbol of the strength and self-respect of 25 crore people of the state.
