Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya today held an important strategic meeting with the leading German-Israeli company Quantum‑Systems GmbH (Quantum Technologies) in Le Meridien, Germany. The meeting discussed promoting cutting-edge Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), drone technology and aerospace manufacturing in the state.
Representatives from Germany's System Helsing (HX-2 AI combat drone), Dronivo GmbH, Quantum Systems (VTOL drone), SIA Origin Robotics, and Aronia (drone detection) informed the Deputy Chief Minister that they are global leaders in developing high-altitude unmanned platforms with advanced aerial surveillance, defense-grade reconnaissance, and an operational range of approximately 160 kilometers. The company's technology is used by the armed forces of Germany and Spain and has proven effective in areas such as precision agriculture, land surveying, and disaster management.
The Uttar Pradesh government has extended a formal invitation to the company to set up a manufacturing unit and research and development (R&D) hub in the state.
